Felicity and Gus meet in the second season in the eposide how kissing was discovered. I think they loved each other since they first meet. Gus propased like 3 or 4 times. When Gus gets blind, when he's a sea, he wants everyone to think he's dead. Felicity of course is heartbroken, and doesn't believe it, about 1 or 2 years later I think Felicity gets a phone call that sounds like someone know where Gus is. Felicity goes to South Carilonia i think and finds Gus, at first he refused to come home, but he does. Felicity has to break her engament with Stuart, but in the last epoiside Gus and Felicity get marreid.
